If you aren’t already a fan of the 2015-2016 season of The Voice, then I highly suggest jumping on the bandwagon because you my friend are seriously missing out. Aside from the fact that the season’s cast has been truly blessed with insane musical talent they all for the most part have been given natural talent when it comes to performing on stage. Standout star Jordan Smith has truly made his mark on The Voice stage this season, blowing viewers away with his impressive ranges and quirky personality. Born and raised in Harlan, Kentucky Jordan is a big voice from a small town. Getting all four chairs to turn around in the blind audition, it’s been clear from the start that Jordan has star-like potential that everyone has noticed. Making the decision to become a member of team Adam, Jordan has time and time again highly impressed The Voice audience every single week. Already being about 3 weeks into the season they have now moved onto the audience vote portion of the season where the contestant’s future is in the hands of the viewers. Seeing as Jordan has already made his way onto iTunes, where his cover of Beyoncé’s “Halo” easily reached number 3 on the iTunes chart within 24 hours, I think it’s clear to say this contestant has become a winner regardless of the final results of the show. Being a religious viewer myself I can say in confidence that Jordan is not the only potential star within the current The Voice contestants, but it’s clear that he is currently one of the front runners as far as the crowd favorite goes. Taking on difficult songs from Adele’s “Set Fire to the Rain”, to Sam Smith’s “Like I Can”, and Sia’s “Chandelier”. We truly cannot wait to see where Jordan take’s us next. Stay tuned!
