HC: Describe yourself in 3 words.

KB: “Crazy, hungry, and laughing”

HC: What has been your favorite experience in the education major so far?

KB: “Job corps definitely. The field experience was so much fun. Every day was different and I learned just as much from the kids as they learned from me. I would always come home with funny stories to tell my quad-mates.”

HC: Tell everyone what you got for your birthday this year…

KB: “I got a Lit Alien!! His name is Juno.”

 

HC: Who is your hero and why?

KB: “If I had to pick a hero, it would have to be my mom. She is the strongest and most genuine person I know. She’s taught me so much and molded me into the person I am today.”

HC: What was your favorite freshmen year experience?

KB: “I had the amazing opportunity to volunteer down in New Orleans. Even though Hurricane Katrina hit 10 years ago, the city is still recovering and rebuilding from it. New Orleans is such a unique city rich in culture and history. To be able to make a difference and be afforded the opportunity to work down there was such a rewarding experience.”
