As the month of December rolls around, many people get excited for the holiday movie marathons on television. But, alongside the holiday classics like The Grinch and The Polar Express, airs the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The show originated in 1995 and has since then become a world-renowned live event featuring the company’s newest lingerie lines. This year’s show aired on CBS last Tuesday, December 8th, which was earlier filmed at Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City.

As the world’s top models strutted down the catwalk, social media exploded with tweets and posts about the glitz and glam. The elaborate features from each theme transitioned rapidly while Ellie Goulding, Selena Gomez, and The Weekend preformed their top hits. Kylie Jenner was also a model in this year’s show. The themes were elegant and sexy. They included BOHO Psychedelic, Portrait of An Angel, Exotic Butterflies, Ice Angels, Fireworks, and PINK USA. Here’s a quick recap in case you missed the show:

Victoria’s Secret creates a new, official theme each year. For 2015, the featured collection is the all-new Dream Angels: Ice Angels collection, which launched in-stores and online the week before the premiere. Ice Angels is a winter-wonderland themed collection with white lace and rhinestones to reflect a glistening snowfall.

At every show, there’s one lucky model who gets the opportunity to represent the most glamourous bra of the night. Top model, Lily Aldridge, was selected to wear the stunning Fireworks Fantasy Bra. Costing $2 million dollars and containing over 6,500 gems, Mouawad Jewelers designed this look to represent a firework show. They also mentioned how it took nearly 700 hours to create and that it features 14 different gems, which are all set in 18 karat gold.

As The Weekend wrapped up the last of the song of show, all models joined one another on the catwalk for one last pose. Together, they all left the stage and the show ended with them taking a “Class of 2015” group picture.

Sexy as always, the show went viral. All of the featured bras and garments (excluding the Fantasy Bra) are available for purchase at participating Victoria’s Secret stores and online by theme here. In case you missed the show, you can watch it online for free here.
