As Christmas is approaching, what would be better way of getting into the Christmas spirit than with christmassy treats! We set up a bake and book sale to celebrate the upcoming holidays last Wednesday on the University of Helsinki’s City Centre Campus, and had (non-alcoholic) mulled wine, beautifully decorated ginger biscuits, traditional Finnish Christmas tarts filled with plum and apple jam, and books available for our students and staff alike. All the goods were lovingly handmade by members of our staff.
