What are three words you would use to describe yourself?

Ambitious, sarcastic, and caring.

What advice would you give to young girls?

Don’t sweat the small stuff. When you’re older and are faced with unexpected obstacles, you’ll realize the little things didn’t matter as much as you think they did.

Who was the best female role model for you when growing up and why?

My mom. She has faced a lot of adversities, and instead of letting them tear her down, they’ve only made her stronger.

How do you define “beautiful”?

Beauty is being comfortable with who you are and not being afraid to show it.

What’s one stereotype about females that you want to counteract?

That women can’t lead as well as men. I’ve seen many more women being hired for management positions, and it’s empowering to see that.

What are your #goals for the future?

I want to get established in my career at a job that I enjoy. I also want to travel the world and see where my ancestors lived, especially in Eastern Europe.

Why do you #LoveYourself?

I love myself because I am curious about the world and am always pushing myself to learn something new.

Beth is a pre-junior at Drexel University, majoring in Operations and Supply Chain Management.  You can find her at coffee shops in Old City, running around the Fairmount neighborhood, or tucked away playing the piano in MacAlister's practice rooms.
