Chicago Volunteer Expo: Sunday, February 28

Being in a such a vibrant city offers lots of prospects for community service, plenty of which are hard to seek out, but just around the corner. If you’re looking to give back for just a day, or to find a consistent service position, you’ll absolutely be able to explore something that’s right for you at this expo filled with meaningful opportunities.

Gilmore Guys LIVE: Sunday, March 6

If you love the ladies of Stars Hollow as much as I do, then this is the event for you. Two major male fans of the hit series Gilmore Girls are putting on a comedy show, hilariously analyzing several episodes. Grab the Rory to your Lorelai and buy tickets for this show sure to warm the hearts of diehard fans.

 

St. Patty’s Day: Saturday, March 12

You have not been to a true St. Patrick’s Day celebration until you’ve been to the one in Chicago. Dressed head to toe in green, hundreds of thousands parade down Michigan Avenue, swarm in and out of pubs, and visit the green-dyed Chicago river. You won’t leave without at least ten new bead necklaces!
