Oswego’s Wacky Weather

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Oswego chapter.

Everyone knows that winter can be brutally cold, especially up here in Oswego. In the past two weeks we’ve had our fair share of insane weather. There was a blizzard (hello snow day!), zero degree temperature drops, rain, lots of slush and, most recently, ice. But as the weekend approached, temperatures reached numbers you definitely don’t see in February. I couldn’t resist taking this Snapchat picture of one of the many beautiful sunsets at Oz, making sure to include the temperature too, to show how warm it was that day. It’s rare that we get weather that almost breaks 50 degrees but when we do, it’s good to take advantage of the opportunity. So the next time it’s nice out, take a long walk outside and just enjoy!
