2. Red Lips are a classic and always will be. However, they are oftentimes reserved for special occasions. This spring, go bold or go home! For lasting eyes, mix a loose glitter (Like these from Make Up For Ever) with a mixing medium that works like glue, such as MAC’s Mixing Medium Eyeliner. Add just a sprinkle of glitter and pat over lids for an ethereal look. Load up on glitter and brush it on in layers for a more intense look, and apply black liner all around your eyes for more contrast.
