This ‘Powerpuff Girls’ Villain Is All About Men’s Rights

Move over, Mojo Jojo. Townsville has a new, more dangerous villain to fend off and he goes by the name of Manboy.

In a recently released clip from the show’s revival, which premiered April 4, the Powerpuff Girls are shown strolling through the city carnival—soon to be interrupted by a misogynistic character who claims he has “all the power of a man in the body of a boy.” Manboy believes that Townsville needs to get back to its manly roots. The pint-sized, disturbingly buff man then goes on to shave off his lumberjack beard only for it to grow back when he squeezes a few muscles.

This episode has yet to air, but we know for a fact that with the Powerpuff Girls taking on a feminist attitude in the series reboot Manboy doesn’t stand a chance.
