This past week, in honor of Earth Day, the local Valdosta State chapter of S.A.V.E. (Students Against Violating the Environment) hosted a side walk chalk event where individuals and organizations were invited to chalk up clever Earth Day drawings or record important facts about the world around us and how it is changing.

Unfortunately, a few days later it rained and all the beautiful work was washed away. Here is a quick glimpse of the art you missed!
