UMaine Senior Week

It is finally Senior Week starting on Friday, April 29! Senior Week bracelets are being sold in the Union for $10 each. Check out the schedule below to see if you can attend any or all of the fun events.

Day 1: Friday 4/29 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Block Party at the Steam Plant Lot on College Ave

There will be free pizza and popcorn, music and lawn games. The pizza will be from several different pizza joints and you can vote for the best one. Bracelets will also be sold at this event.

Day 2: Monday 5/2 8 p.m. – 1 a.m.

Casino Night at Hollywood Casino in Bangor

There will be free shuttles leaving to and from campus and the casino all night. There will be a DJ and dancing. And, of course, there will be a ton of drink specials. 

Day 3: Tuesday 5/3 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Candlepin bowling at the Old Town Bowling Center

Free bowling and free shoe rentals.

Day 4: Thursday 5/5 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Senior Toast in the lobby of the CCA

With a wristband, you can get two free beers. There will be snacks and games, and afterwards there will be a senior class photo taken on the mall.

Day 5: Friday 5/6 7 p.m. – 1 a.m.

Pub Crawl at The Tap Room, The Family Dog, Margaritas, The Roost, Woodman’s, and The Bear Brew

Specials: The Tap Room: $1 off pintsMargaritas: $5 Original Margaritas, $2 Wells, free appetizer buffetThe Family Dog: $2.50 pints of bud light and Dos Equis Amber, $4 well pintsThe Roost: $3 Wells and $3 Narragansett PoundersWoodman’s: $4 pints of OBC and $4 Flirtini pintsThe Bear Brew: $1 off drinks

Day 6: Saturday 5/7 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Brunch at The Bear Brew and The Family Dog

Free breakfast and lunch pizza at The Brew, and $4 mimosa bar and $5 bloody mary bar at The Family Dog. The Fam Dog will also have a deal on pancakes or french toast with a large mimosa.
