Abroad is a crazy thing. From the moment you step on the plane, your life is a constant sprint. If I ever thought my average day would consist of traveling to a new country every weekend, watching the sunrise over The Duomo in Florence, or eating a panini overlooking a centuries old city, I wouldn’t believe it. But that is what abroad has given me. Although hectic and sometimes a lot to deal with, abroad gives us new memories and lessons every single moment. So I strongly encourage everyone to consider studying abroad somewhere, whether for a summer or a semester; it turns your life into a wonderful whirlwind and soon you’re sitting there thinking how is it already halfway done?
