Rihanna Put Out An Impassioned Call To Find Her Missing Backup Dancer

Shirlene Quigley, a 32-year-old dancer who has worked with Rihanna, Missy Elliot, Beyoncé and more, has been missing since Sunday. She was last seen at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and her phone was found in a bridal store in New York City.

Rihanna and Missy Elliot have shared social media posts calling for Quigley to come home and for anyone who has information to inform the police. Quigley’s first on-camera dancing role was in Beyoncé’s “Crazy in Love” music video. She was just 18 at the time, and her career took off after that, with her own dance tour and theater roles.

Quigley’s landlord said she didn’t look well when he saw her leave on Sunday. Cosmopolitan also reported that Quigley told a friend, “get ready, it’s about to happen and I’m going to need you to sub for me.” Her father and friends ask that anyone with information call the North Bergen police department at 201-392-2100.

Emily is a recent graduate of Pace University where she studied communications. When she's not drinking tea she spends her time reading, re-reading, writing, re-writing, watching and re-watching. She can typically be found at the gym crushing weights with the bros or cooking something ridiculous.
