Who doesn’t love Halloween? The chance to become something else for a night and get free candy for it? It’s wonderful! But almost equally exciting is how creative some people get with their decorations.

On a college budget, it’s not exactly feasible to go all out with your decorations, but a few things to spice up your dorm are easy to find at a reasonable price. Since almost everyone seems to have a string of lights in their dorm rooms nowadays, why not replace them with these festive orange and red lights for the spookiest month of the year?

Why not add a few window clings to your dorm room window to share the Halloween spirit with everyone passing by? These only cost a dollar at target, and you can use them on your mirrors, as well.

Lastly, deck out your desk with a festive figurine or two. These can be found at any dollar tree, and they range from super scary to delightfully adorable. These decorations are fun to put up and will get you excited for the scariest night of the year!
