It’s the most wonderful time of the year! But let’s face it as students we are barely alive from finals and oh so broke. And even though we wish we could get our friends and family members amazing gifts our bank accounts are saying no. However, we can get them thoughtful gifts they will enjoy and feel appreciated with. Here are some suggestions!

1. Candy in a decorated jar

Simple option that lets you be creative and perfect for people that love food (who doesn’t?). You can also fill the jar with baked goods or pretty much anything.

2. Gift Cards

If you have a friend that is really picky this is a great alternative, you won’t have to return a gift they didn’t like or your friend won’t have to smile and say they liked the gift when in reality they’re thinking about giving it to their mom. Even if it is a $10 gift card it’s still useful gift.

3. Bath and Body Works Mini Trios

Starting at only $13.50 this trio has a body lotion, body mist and a shower gel, perfect gift for that friend or family member that loves fragrances.

4. “Better Than Sex” Mascara Mini Ornament

Perfect and adorable gift for makeup lovers at only $12.

5. Warm and Fuzzy Pair of Socks

Cute and simple gift for that friend who is always cold.
