How To Stay Organized and Focused On Your Resolutions In 2017

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UWindsor chapter.

It’s a new year and you know what that means – new resolutions. Whether you’re planning to hit the gym more, start a new diet, or cross off some goals on your 2017 bucket list – this is your year and you can accomplish anything you set your mind to with a little help from us here at Her Campus! Here are some tips to help you stay focused on your new year resolutions this time around.

Your planner will be your new best friend this year – keep yourself organized by writing down your busy schedule. What’s great about planners is that they keep you on track and bring out your own personal style. You can find a lot of great planners that come with individual stickers to spice up your schedule! Also, try using different coloured pens when writing in your planner.

If staying healthy is on your new year’s resolution list, try meal prepping! It’s easy to steer off track with a busy schedule, but meal prepping allows you to eat healthy by planning ahead!

Always on your phone? Use that to your advantage by using a scheduling app or setting reminders in your mobile calendar! That way you can keep on top of your responsibilities and goals for the new year!
