Recipe: Mini M&M Granola Balls

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Endicott chapter.

If you are a picky eater like me, you want an easy snack , that you can take anywhere and will hold you over until your next meal. I really enjoy making M&M Granola balls because they are quick and easy to make, I can make them in my dorm room and bring them to class with me. They are always a snack I can count on to get them through the day, and the added bonus is you don’t need a kitchen to make them!

Granola Ball Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini M&M candies

Directions:

Pour the ingredients into a bowl, mix in the bowl, stir until all ingredients are blended, then just roll the mix into balls and let sit in the fridge for a half hour enjoy!

Just a girl who loves bread, exercise and traveling.
