Shelby Jo Eaton is a 19 – year – old sophomore at Butler University. She is a Psychology and Sociology combined major with a concentration in social work and social policy and a minor in gender studies.  Shelby Jo was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is currently single.

Her Campus (HC):  What are you involved in on campus?

Shelby Jo (SJ):  BASO exec, Area 8 Special Olympics Student Rep, and Psyc Research Lab.

HC: Favorite place to hang out on campus?

SJ: Catch me at starbs.

HC: If you could pick one album to listen to on repeat for the rest of the year, what album would it be?

SJ: The Ride by Catfish & The Bottlemen

HC: One thing you want to do before you die?

SJ: Travel Europe alone

HC: Who’s your female idol?

SJ: Mom

HC:What’s one quirk you have that not a lot of people know about?

SJ: I ask people ‘how are you?’ and then ‘how are you, genuinely?’ Because people tend to lie and say ‘fine’ or ‘good’

HC: What is a secret (or not so secret) pet peeve of yours?

SJ: When people snap to get someone’s attention.

Jazmine Bowens is a senior at Butler University. She is a Psychology major with a minor in Neuroscience and the Campus Corespondent for Butler University's Her Campus chapter. When she isn't in class, she's writing poetry, reading romance novels, or hanging out with her friends. Jazmine hopes to one day become an environmental lawyer and a published novelist.
