Why did you join Her Campus?
LM: I was attracted to HC’s focus on granting college women a voice.
How has Her Campus made you an empowered college woman?
LM: Her Campus has given me a community of empowered women who are focused on making their voices heard.
What are your career aspirations?
LM: I’m pursuing a BFA in Dance Performance and hope to continue my dance education with a future masters and PhD in Dance so that I can become a researcher in the field.
What else are you involved in on campus?
LM: I’m involved in Mason Movement Exchange, George Mason Dance Company and handle social media for the Mason Dance Department .
What do you like to do in your spare time?
LM: I love teaching zumba and dance. I also tutor and enjoy the occasional netflix binge.
Anything else that you want people to know about you?
LM: In middle school, Miley Cyrus told me my braces were neat. That was my peak.
