On September 17, 2017, many stars walked down the red carpet at the 69th annual Emmy’s. All eyes were on the stars as they stunned in their divine dresses. Here are our top dresses here at Her Campus Mizzou:

#10 Gillian Anderson

Gillian wore a Red Velvet dress that fit her outstanding body to perfection. To show off her lovely body, Gillian went with an elegant up-do, and tops the dress off with a rainbow clutch.

#9 Angela Sarafyan

Angela holds onto summer as she struts down the carpet in a mustard yellow dress. Since the dress is so simple itself, the detailed puffed sleeves add volume to the dress. To top off the look, Angela has effortless waves, sealing off her regal look. (wearing Elizabeth Kennedy)

#8 Elizabeth Moss

ALERT, another t-length dress on the red carpet! Elizabeth looks prim and proper in her pale pink satin dress. She went with a neutral look for makeup and hair, topping it off with a pale pink lipstick. She even had satin pumps to match her satin dress. How chic! (wearing Probal Gurung)

#7 Yara Shahdi

This year we saw some green on the red carpet as Yara walked down in this skin tone dressed with green sequined applique. Not only does the dress shimmer, but so does Yara. With her slicked back hair and fresh-faced makeup, she continues her track record of never disappointing on the red carpet. (wearing Prada)

#6 Kiernan Shipka

Kiernan dazzles in this princess-like dress. With colorful beading under the bust, waistline, and on the straps, this dress is perfect for this seventeen-year-old girl. Although the dress is taupe, her perfect skin and sweet smile take center stage. (wearing Miu Miu)

#5 Michelle Pfeiffer

Michelle Pfeiffer remains ageless as well as on trend in this new take on a t-length little black dress. The perfectly placed floral appliqués stood out as one of the more unique looks on the red carpet this Emmy season. (wearing Oscar de le Renta)

#4 Thandie Newton

Thandie wowed the crowd in her ballerina-like gown. The taupe/pink color compliments her skin tone beautifully. The bottom incorporates a sequined-tule fabric that shines. To top it off, she decides to go with a ballerina bun and simple jewelry. (wearing Jason Wu)

#3 Felicity Huffman

Spring came early this year with Felicity Huffman’s dress! She stuns in this light blue short-sleeved dress with a leaf applique. The long train completes this light look. Felicity decides to go with a more simple and relaxed hair-do, since the dress says enough for itself! (wearing Tony Ward)

#2 Jessica Biel

Jessica wows the crowd with this Ralph & Russo stunner. The plunging neckline coupled with the high cut slit screams spicy sophistication. It would be a “Sin” not to rank Jessica one of the best dressed of the night. (wearing Ralph & Russo)

#1 Reese Witherspoon

Reese Witherspoon or Elle Woods? Reese’s unique bright blue dress pops on the red carpet. With the courtroom far behind her, Witherspoon is regal in this tuxedo-style dress. Separating herself from the usual gown crowd at the red carpet, ease of this dress makes it something millennials would like to see more of in the future as formal attire. (wearing Stella McCartney)
