For those who are not avid watchers of the Royal Family, rumors about a possible engagement between Prince Harry and his girlfriend of just over a year, Meghan Markle, have been swirling. While nothing on the wedding front has been confirmed, we do know what the cute couple was up to last week: They were reportedly having tea with Queen Elizabeth II.
Last Thursday, the couple reportedly met with Her Majesty at Buckingham Palace and had tea in her sitting room around 5 p.m. The sit-down lasted for about an hour. According to some sources, this was the first time Harry’s grandmother had officially met Meghan, although some outlets have reported that the two met this summer.
Regardless, it seems Meghan and Harry are happy and in love. I can’t imagine how nerve-racking it must be to meet the Queen of England, but I’m sure an accomplished and incredible woman like Meghan made a great impression!
