November is here!!! That means that so much is coming up and I’m so excited for this month! Check out 11 reasons why I’m excited for November!
1. Fall weather!!
We’re finally out of the awkward time between seasons. The cold is finally here and we can wear sweaters, boots, and all of our favorite fall clothing!
2. Thanksgiving!!
Anyone that doesn’t love Thanksgiving is just lying to themselves. There’s so much good food and it’s a time to come together with people that you love. And of course, it’s time to be thankful and reflect on all of the wonderful things in our lives.
3. Break
As much as I love SVC, we all just need a break sometimes, and Thanksgiving is the perfect small break that we need to be able to get through finals.
4. Wimmerfest!!!!!
Wimmerfest is one of my favorite things at Saint Vincent and I can’t wait to have a Thanksgiving dinner with all of my friends and then watch the light show and fireworks after. If you’re a freshman and have never taken part in Wimmerfest, get ready!! It’s one of the most amazing things you’ll ever see!
5. Black Friday Shopping
Black Friday is crazy but it’s one of my favorite nights of the year. It always makes me so happy because it makes me feel like Christmas is right around the corner!
6. The Scenery!!
November is prime fall time and the scenery is so incredibly beautiful. Leaves just make everything prettier. We especially get to see all of the beautiful leaves at SVC!
7. Fall everything!
My favorite coffee shops just released all of their fall/winter flavors, Bath and Body Works just came out with all of their fall scents, and I’m excited to try it all!
8. Scheduling
Even though scheduling can be incredibly schedule, it always makes me feel so content to know that I’m ready for next semester and that there’s new things on the horizon!
9. Cyber Monday shopping
Black Friday is so much fun, but there’s nothing like sitting in the comfort of your own home and shopping online.
10. Family Time!!
My family always has so much time to spend together around Thanksgiving! I get to see all of my cousins and it’s always nice to see how everyone is doing.
11. It’s almost time for Christmas!!!
Everyone starts counting down the time until Christmas after Halloween, and I think we’re all excited for everything Christmas: break, movies, music……..CHRISTMAS IS ALMOST HERE!!!
