Fall Cocktail Recipes

It’s fall, which means it’s time to break out the jackets, pumpkins, apple cider, pie, and..cocktail recipes! For those of you who are the legal drinking age, here are some delicious sounding fall cocktail recipes to check out!

1. Apple Cider Margarita

Here’s what you need: 2 cups of apple cider, ½ cup of silver tequila, ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar for rim, cinnamon for rim, salt for rim, apple slices for garnish, cinnamon sticks for garnish

How to make it: First, combine cider, tequila, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Next, dip glasses in water, then into mixture of sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Fill glasses with margarita and garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.

2. Apple Pie Sparklers

Here’s what you need: 1 cup of sparkling cider, 1 cup of Moscato, 6 ounces of vanilla vodka, ¼ cup of cinnamon sugar, apple slices for garnish, cinnamon sticks for garnish

How to make it: First, wet rim of glasses with a slice of apple and dip rim into cinnamon sugar. Next, pour 2 ounces of vanilla vodka into each glass, then fill halfway with Moscato. Top it off with sparkling cider. Serve with the apple slices and cinnamon stick.

3. Caramel Apple Mimosas

Here’s what you need: 2 tablespoons of caramel, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar, 1 cup of apple cider, 8 ounces of caramel vodka, 1 bottle of champagne, apple slices for garnish

How to make it: First, pour caramel into small dish. Pour cinnamon sugar into another small dish. Dip glasses into caramel to rim glass, then dip in cinnamon sugar. Next pour ¼ cup apple cider and 2 ounces caramel vodka into each glass and top with champagne. Garnish with an apple slice.

4. Apple Cider Mimosas

Here’s what you need: 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon, 1 cup of apple cider, 1 bottle of champagne

How to make it: First, combine sugar and cinnamon on a small plate. Dip glasses in water to wet the rims, then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill the glasses ¼ full with apple cider, then top off with champagne.

5. Cranberry Sauce Margarita

Here’s what you need: Brown sugar, 1 cup of ice, 2 ounces of tequila, 1 lime, 1 ½ tablespoons of chunky cranberry sauce, 1 teaspoon of honey, fresh or frozen cranberries

How to make it: First, rim a margarita glass with brown sugar. Next, fill a cocktail shaker with ice, tequila, the juice of 1 lime, chunky cranberry sauce, and honey. Shake, then strain the mixture into glass. Garnish with the fresh or frozen cranberries.

6. Apple Cider Sangria

Here’s what you need: 1 sliced granny smith apple, 1 sliced red delicious apple, 1 sliced golden delicious apple, 1 sliced lemon, 1 sliced orange, 2 cups of apple cider, 2 bottles of ginger beer, 1 bottle of white wine

How to make it: First, fill a large pitcher with sliced lemons, apples, and oranges. Next, add apple cider, ginger beer, and white wine. Stir the mixture and then pour into glasses.

7. Caramel Apple Martini

Here’s what you need: 2 ounces of apple cider, 2 ounces of caramel vodka, 1 ounce of caramel Schnapps, sliced fresh apple, caramel, and cinnamon sugar for garnish

How to make it: First, rim glass with caramel and cinnamon sugar. Next, combine the apple cider, caramel vodka, and butterscotch schnapps in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Then shake and pour mixture into the rimmed martini glass and garnish with slice of fresh apple.
