As we all know, college can be stressful. It’s easy to let the stresses of life and the semester get in the way and become overwhelming. It is at times such as these when it is most important to find the good in the little things and to stay positive. Here are some little things to be happy about as you finish out the semester.

1. Getting into a freshly made bed.

2. Drinking a warm drink on a dreary day.

3. Finishing a good book.

4. Watching rain fall on your window.

5. The smell of the crisp fall air.

6. Finding a new favorite song.

7. Waking up and stretching.

8. Cuddling with someone you love.

9. Drinking eight glasses of water in a day.

10. Falling asleep to the sound of a thunderstorm.

11. Taking a hot shower when it’s freezing cold outside.

Hi there! I'm Abbie and I am double majoring in non-fiction writing and communications at the University of Pittsburgh. My passions include napping and napping some more. On the off chance that I'm not napping, I'm probably somewhere in the library or chilling out with friends.
