Sometimes on a random day, most often during a particularly stressful week I get this feeling that I want to be vacationing at Walt Disney World, like literally right then and there.  I know that this, of course, is impossible; however I long for the happy and carefree feelings that a trip there entails. I long for the feeling of seeing the happy parades, firework shows, yummy food, thrilling rides, air-conditioned-pretty stores, wonderful smells, lovable characters, and lively music. Sometimes I even miss the Florida heat and cranky crowds and long lines; after all it’s all a part of the experience.

My family and I have always been Disney fans, and growing up I was able to go on vacation with my family a total of 12 times. Sometimes we would even stay in the Walt Disney World Resorts which was always incredible. I always enjoyed the casual Mickey Mouse symbols throughout the hotels, the friendly employees, the extra magic hours, and the convenient transportation. I loved the trips we took their throughout my childhood and into my young adult hood. My family and I would always count down the days until our flight left for the happiest place on Earth. We would always get to the airport way earlier than we were supposed to and then patiently await or trip to make some memories (our trip back home was typically not as exciting.

We always had the most wonderful family memories there and we always shared a lot of laughs and always had smiles on our faces. I was lucky enough to go so many times in my 19 years of life and I cannot wait for the next time I go.

I look forward to going there with my future family and enjoying the same things with my children and husband that I was able to enjoy growing up with my family. You are truly never too old to go to Disney World, it is something you do not grow out of but rather grow into. No one can deny magic in the realm of Walt Disney World.
