Bed Head:
- Superstar Hairspray: I used this when I curled my roommate’s hair for her sorority formal, and when she walked in the next morning it looked exactly the same. Her hair didn’t become hard like it usually does when using hairspray, yet somehow it stayed intact through a night of dancing and sleeping on the curls.
- Get Twisted Spray: I have naturally curly hair and have always struggled to find a moose that allowed my hair to be soft but controlled curls. I have one that does not harden my hair, but cannot control the curls or frizz when it is really humid or much in general. After using this spray for a few days, I instantly saw my hair hold the same volume and curls but without the actual frizz.
Almay:
- Eye Shadow: They come in a variety of colors that are extremely unique and bold but also simple. The colors, even the glitter ones, stay on all day which is great if you need an all day look. They are a great way to add color to a look and really make you eyes stand out! However, if you have oily eyes or don’t use a primer, it may get clumpy in your crease.
Krazy Glue:
- Single Use Samples: A stirring spoon broke a couple of weeks ago in my apartment, but we held on to it for some reason. When I got the Krazy Glue samples, I instantly knew where I was using one of them. The spoon was glued back together and has been successfully working ever since.
Alba Botanical:
- Hawaiian Sunscreen: I use this on my face when I go tanning, and I haven’t gotten sunburn nor have I broken out with any pimples, which is a major plus! And it smells good compared to most other sunscreens!
Buxom:
- Va Va Plump Lipstick: The size of these are perfect to take on the go! I wore it to work one day, and everyone loved the color! However, I did find myself reapplying it throughout the day.
L’Oreal:
- Tanning Towelettes: These are great for a quick, short-term tan. I recently went to a formal event wearing a light dress and therefore wanted to have some color. I started using these about two days beforehand and by the time the event rolled around, I had a nice even tan that was gone after a few days. These are perfect if you do not want to spend the time and money to actually go tanning but quick need color.
