‘Stranger Things’ Star Noah Schnapp Has A Crush On Zendaya & He Let Her Know In The Cutest Way Possible

I’m sure we can all remember a time during those *awkward* years when we had a crush on a celebrity. I went through a Nathan Kress phase that lasted much longer than it should’ve, and I have to admit that when I discovered he was engaged, I was a tiny bit sad. But now that I’m in college, I think it’s the most adorable thing when a younger kid has a celebrity crush, especially when that younger kid is a celebrity, too, since their crush might actually know who they are.

Fourteen-year-old Noah Schnapp, who portrays Will Byers on Netflix’s Stranger Things, is the latest young actor to try and impress his own celebrity crush: actress, singer and fashion icon, Zendaya. And he didn’t just confess his feelings via tweet like most do with the hope their crushes respond—he told Variety before the MTV Movie Awards about how much he loves Zendaya, and even gave her a shout out at the beginning of his acceptance speech.

Although the two didn’t run into each other on the carpet or during the show, Zendaya did see Schnapp’s interview where he says, “[Zendaya] is so pretty. I love her.” She retweeted the short clip and wrote, “This is so adorable, I didn’t even get to meet him.”

But what’s even cuter is the way Schnapp fangirled after seeing Zendaya’s tweet. He replied in all caps, “Is that really you? Hi Zendaya! You know I love you so much.”

I think Noah Schnapp is actually the most relatable person. I’ll wave at him from a distance as he waves at Zendaya.
