Fire
The burn,
You left,
Like embers,
Of lies,
Upon my body,
Scorching deep,
With in my heart,
Brought forth,
By your betrayal
Left scars,
That will never fade
Water
Your tides pulling,
Me in,
Every word spoken,
Drowns,
My ability,
To see what,
You really are,
Waves of lies,
Crash against these walls,
I’ve built,
To keep men like you,
Out,
I find myself just below the surface,
Gasping for air,
But your current,
Pulls me deeper,
And deeper,
As I lose myself,
In you.
Earth
All I can say is,
Everything you deserve,
Will be on its way,
Growth does not happen,
Over night,
Be patient,
My darling,
You are a flower,
Blooming through,
The worst kind of,
Storm.
Air
Escaping,
You,
Was like breathing,
For the first time,
I never realized,
your toxicity,
Was what,
I was inhaling,
Now,
All I want,
Is fresh air.
Sometimes you have to be destroyed to grow. This will pass. I truly believe, you will find your inner peace.
