This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at JMU chapter.

It’s here folks! The best season of all. Get your PSL’s and pull out your Taylor Swift “Red” Album, because FALL is here!

Here is 5 ways to celebrate the first day of FALL!

1. Re-organize your closet!

Nothing says fall more than putting away your summer clothes and pulling out those knee-high boots and scarves. And let’s not forget about BOOT SOCKS and SWEATERS. The cozy sweater season is here!

2. DECORATE!

It’s time to make a target trip to their dollar section and buy up all the decorations you can. I’m talking pumpkin EVERYTHING, colorful leaves, and maybe throw in some mason jars. I’m feeling the fall DIY this season.

3. Pumpkin Patch

Let’s all put on our best fall attire and head out to our nearest pumpkin patch ladies, because it’s photo shoot time. Not only is Fall the season of pumpkins, but it is the prime time to get the best pinterest-y looking insta photos, and also having a great time at the pumpkin patch. Grab a pumpkin to bring home and enjoy the apple cider at the pumpkin patch!

4. Get Halloween Ready!

Yes, Halloween is a month away, but it’s never too early to start planning those costumes. SPOOKY SEASON LADIES!

5. Get a PSL

And last but last least, go out to Starbucks and grab yourself a PSL. Whether it may be iced or hot, Fall is here, and nothing says Fall more like a Pumpkin Spice Latte! Get your basic on and embrace it. Because trust me, even men like PSL’s too!
