We’re constantly hearing someone say, “I’m living my best life” but what exactly does that mean? What are the requirements to living one’s best life? At what point do you decide to live your best life? If you weren’t living your best life before, what are you doing now? How can you live your best life? When can you start living your best life?
These are all questions I have been dying to know the answers to, but truthfully the answer is fairly simple: living your best life is whatever you want it to be. Focusing on school, securing that internship or job you want, eating good, finding a boo, not worrying about finding a boo, or simply getting 8 hours a sleep a night. There isn’t a concrete definition to what “living my best life” means. It’s extremely subjective and it’s never too late to start. It’s imperative to live a healthy life and by cutting off any negative vibes or energy whether that means cutting people out of your life in order to live your best life is completely necessary. You have complete control of your own life and how you want to live it, so if you want to live your best life what are you waiting for?
