Dancing with the Stars Line-Up Has Been Announced

ABC’s hit reality TV show, Dancing with The Stars, returns for a 27th season this fall.

The line-up was revealed on Good Morning America, where some of the celebrities were interviewed. Each celebrity that will be dancing this season has been partnered up with a professional dancer who has previous experience.

Below are all the pairs that will be competing this season.

Joe Amabile and Jenna Johnson

Joe Amabile, also known as “Grocery Store Joe,” is best known for his appearance on The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise. His partner, Jenna Johnson, is a popular dancer.          

Bobby Bones and Sharna Burgess

Bobby Bones is a famous on-air radio DJ who has his own show located in Nashville, Tennessee, and Sharna Burgess is a well-known dancer from Australia.          

Juan Pablo Di Pace and Cheryl Burke

Juan Pablo has appeared in the ABBA-inspired film, Mamma Mia. He also has a character on the Netflix original series, Fuller House. His dance partner is Cheryl Burke, who has appeared on DWTS before and won twice.           

Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe

You may know Evanna as “Luna Lovegood” from the Harry Potter films. Her dance partner will be Keo Motsepe.   

Nikki Glaser and Gleb Savchenko

Nikki Glaser is a comedian that has a TV show on Comedy Central called, Not Safe with Nikki Glaser. Nikki will make a stop in Philadelphia on her tour on October 18th, 19th, and 20th at Punch Line Philly. Her dance partner is Gleb Savchenko, a professional dancer from Russia.         

Milo Manheim and Witney Carson

Milo made an appearance in the Disney Channel Original Movie, ZOMBIES, which aired in February of this year. Witney Carson is a popular dancer that has been on other dance-themed reality shows.           

Nancy McKeon and Val Chmerkovskiy

Nancy McKeon is an actress that is most famous for her role as ‘Jo’ in the 1980’s comedy TV show, The Facts of Life. Val Chmerkovskiy is a popular dancer who, like most of the other professional dancers, has been on DWTS more than once.

Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten

Alexis Ren is a famous model with over 12 million followers on Instagram. Her dance partner is Alan Bersten, who has appeared on DWTS five times.  

Mary Lou Retton and Sasha Farber

Mary Lou Retton is a famous gymnast that appeared at the 1984 Olympic games. Overall, she has all gold, silver, and bronze medals. Her dance partner, Sasha Farber, is a professional dancer from Australia returning for his sixth season on the show.

John Schneider and Emma Slater

John Schneider is most famous for his role on the Dukes of Hazzard. He is also a country artist. Emma Slater, his dance partner, has experience on the show.           

Tinashe and Brandon Armstrong

Tinashe is a singer-songwriter that has hits such as “2 On.” She was also featured on a song with Britney Spears. Brandon Armstrong is her dancing partner for the season.            Danelle Umstead and Artem Chigvintsev

Danelle Umstead is an athlete that has a special talent in skiing. She appeared on the 2010 Paralympics. Artem Chigvintsev is a professional dancer.

DeMarcus Ware and Lindsay Arnold

DeMarcus Ware is a professional football player that played for the Denver Broncos, which won the superbowl in 2016. His dance partner is professional dancer Lindsay Arnold.

The 27th season of Dancing with The Stars returns will air on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on ABC.
