We’re always wondering what other women carry around in their purses, right? Well, if so, you’re in the right place! Everyone carries the essentials (wallet, phone, driver’s license, etc.) but I feel like I’m constantly wondering if there’s an essential that other people carry that I don’t. So, to kill that curiosity, I decided to let you all know what’s in my bag!
1. Tide To-Go Stick
I’m literally constantly spilling on myself. Whether it’s food or my to-go Starbucks drink, it somehow always ends up on me instead of in my mouth. The Tide To-Go Stick is perfect to get rid of stains when you’re on the go and don’t have time to go home and change!

2. Burt’s Bees Strawberry Lip Balm
Every girl needs a chap stick in her bag, and this one is my favorite! I’ve tried a lot of chap sticks in my life, but it seems like this has been the one that has worked the best for me. Another bonus, you can find it at pretty much any retail store!

3. Planner
If you’re anything like me, you’re super unorganized. I do my best to try and stay as neat as possible, but sometimes it just doesn’t work in my favor. That’s why I always try to keep my planner in my bag! I write my homework assignments, work schedule, and doctor’s appointments I might have. Keeping it near me at all times has really helped me keep track of my own schedule!

4. Mini Emergency Kit
Since I was younger, I’ve always tried to carry an emergency kit! I usually just use an old small make-up bag and put things like band-aids, Advil, deodorant, or bobby pins in it. It’s the little things you never know if you might need, so having that as a backup always helps!

5. Hand Sanitizer
Especially during cold & flu season, carrying hand sanitizer is a must. I recently discovered the most amazing one from Bath & Body Works! It’s called “I Like You A Latte” and it smells amazing.

6. Mini Deodorant
Let’s be honest… Sometimes we don’t have our s*** together and we forget to put deodorant on before we leave the house. That’s why I always carry a back-up! Secret just launched a new mini deodorant that looks like an EOS lip balm! As long as you don’t confuse it for lip balm, it’s perfect to carry in your backpack or purse!

7. Portable Charger
If you’re anything like me, your phone is almost always at 20% battery at the worst times. That’s why I always try to carry a portable charger! It’s convenient and easy to carry around.

8. Sunglasses
This is truly a necessity for everyone’s bag. I know I always leave a pair in my car, so I try to keep an extra pair in my bag. You’ll never know when you’ll need them, especially when walking around campus.
Well, there you have it! That’s everything in my bag. Having my purse filled with all of these things has helped me tremendously over the years. There’s no better feeling than being able to find exactly what you were looking for in your bag!
