    Caramel Apple Sangria

  Ingredients

  •   1 bottle white wine
  •   1 bottle sparkling apple cider
  •   ¼ cup caramel syrup
  •   4 apples, chopped

 

  Instructions

   Chill your white wine and sparkling apple cider.

   Once cold, mix together wine and cider and add ¼ cup caramel syrup.

   Chop approximately 4 apples into small cubes and add to sangria

   Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

 

    Boozy Snickerdoodle Chai Tea Latte

   Ingredients 

   1:1 Ratio Chai Tea and Milk (I used my favorite Tazo brand for my Chai Tea)

   1.5 oz Smirnoff Cinna-Sugar Twist Vodka

    Whipped Cream

    Cinnamon for dusting

 

    Instructions

   Heat up the chai tea and milk on the stove to the desired temperature.

    Pour into a mug and add the vodka.

    Stir to combine. Add whipped cream and sprinkle of cinnamon.

 

     Apple Cider Martini

   Ingredients

   Version 1

   6 ounces apple cider

   6 ounces Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum

   Version 2

   6 ounces apple cider

   5 ounces vodka

   1 ounce butterscotch schnapps

   

    Instructions

    In a martini shaker add ice and ingredients from either version 1 or version 2; shake well            until mixed and cold

   Divide between 2 martini glasses that have been chilled (fill with ice and let sit for a few             minutes then remove ice)

 

    Sparkling Apple Pie Cocktail   

    Ingredients

    3 oz. apple juice or apple cider

    3/4 oz. cinnamon schnapps

    1/2 T. honey

    1/2 T. hot water

    3 oz. champagne or sparkling wine

    cinnamon & sugar for rim

    apple slice for garnish

 

    Instructions

    Combine honey with hot water; stir until honey is dissolved.  Allow to cool before preparing 

    cocktail.

    Combine a bit of cinnamon and granulated sugar in a shallow dish. Wet the rim of each              glass, all the way around, with water. Dip each rim into cinnamon sugar to coat. Set aside.

    Place apple juice, cinnamon schnapps, and cooled honey/water mixture in a cocktail 

    shaker  filled with ice. Shake for about 20 to 30 seconds until well combined. Strain into

    prepared glass.

    Add champagne and gently stir to combine. Garnish glass with an apple slice.

 

 

 

    Cranberry Beermosas

    Ingredients

   1 bottle Simply Cranberry

   5-6 bottles Belgium White (I use Shock Top, since it has notes of citrus and coriander) frozen     cranberries (optional)

 

   Instructions

   Pour the cranberry juice into a 2 gallon pitcher.

   Slowly add each bottle of beer to the pitcher. Give it a quick stir to blend. Serve cold.
