That Time of the Year- A Poem

I’m at the point of the semester where I just want to scream. 

Midterms, essays, responsibilities.

I would rather hide beneath my covers with a pint of ice cream.

There is so much to say,

so little time.

I’m just trying to graduate. 

I know there’s someone who can relate.
