Simplicity
Despite the upcoming festivities and the busy end to the academic term, we are enjoying simplicity this week. In fact, we are totally embracing it. We’re pairing back our lives, and making magic out of the littlest of details, rather than cluttering our brains with all the fluffy non-essentials.

A brand like no other, &otherstories are a gorgeous retailler that provide us with high designer-esque fashion, at high-street prices. They have a more grown-up vibe than Topshop, and channel the more European style of girl. Our favourite of late is their Paris Atelier collection. Think cute berets, stylish stationary and gorgeous real-leather leopard-print purses. Oh la la, on adore.
Orange
Although we love every colour in the solar system, we are currently having a love affair with orange. It’s not just because it’s Autumn, it’s because this rich hue brightens up our day, let alone our mood. It can be worn in so many ways; we just love it’s versatility. It also screams personality and originality, two things we are all for at Her Campus Lancaster!
The Princess Switch
A romantic film x Christmas x Vanessa Hudgens? Yes please. We are all over this gorgeous film, starring one of our favourite American actresses. The film is so cute, and filled with enough Christmas cheer and cheese to make you happy, and get your mouth watering over some yummy festive bakes.
Christmas Decor
It’s here, and it’s here to stay. ‘Tis the season. Our decorations are slowly stockpiling in the corners of our bedrooms and we are itching for it to be the Christmas season already.
