It is that point in the semester, the most stressful time for students… FINALS. For the next two weeks, we’re all going to be run down, feeling exhausted, trying to get our work done while studying for our tests, and counting down the days until break is here. So, here is 10 ways to try and attempt to survive finals.

I would say a proper sleep schedule, but lord knows that is hard during these weeks. So, make a nap schedule works too.

Make a list of all the work and studying you need to do.

Study guides. They’ll become your best friend.

Stay hydrated.

Take breaks if necessary.

Use your support system if things start to get too stressful.

PRIORITIZE that the Netflix episode can wait until you are done studying.

Just breathe, finals don’t last forever.

And lastly, cry. Just kidding, try to have a positive outlook because break is right around the corner.
