I don’t think I have EVER had an easy time buying a gift for a guy in my life. I usually find shopping for my dad to be the hardest since he always replies with “I have everything I need.” I am sure you can relate or think of someone who has said this to you around the holidays. Whether they request something or not, this time of year is meant for giving and being grateful. Giving gifts is a tradition we are grateful for every year and simple gifts can mean the world to someone you care about! It just so happens that guys are pretty difficult to shop for…

Whether you are looking for a gift for your brother, dad, boyfriend, friend or any other guy in your life, here are six gifts you can easily find on Amazon and consider this holiday season.

https://www.amazon.com/d/Alarm-Clocks/Gingko-Black-Click-Clock-Display/B00IPA7QM2/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1544554330&sr=8-3&keywords=cube+clock+gingko, $40

It’s time to have your dude upgrade from his iPhone alarm and get a real alarm clock. This minimalist cube also displays the date and temperature, and he can tap the display off if he likes to sleep in a completely dark room.

https://www.amazon.com/Sam-Salem-Son-Technology-Electronic/dp/B07H9D42KY/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1544554544&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=heated+blanket&psc=1, $45

Guys like to snuggle too… gift this heated blanket and cuddle away!

https://www.amazon.com/URPOWER-Essential-Aromatherapy-Ultrasonic-Humidifier/dp/B06WLH86FF/ref=sr_1_8_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1544554715&sr=1-8&keywords=ultrasonic+diffuser, $35

If you have read my essential oil column throughout the semester, you know I am all about aromatherapy. There are so many different oils that every dude can find a scent that he likes. Once you get him the diffuser, it acts as the gift that keeps on giving– you can gift him essential oils for other occasions, too!

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076BFSMPW/ref=twister_B07DPNWTV7?th=1, $90

This is the kind of gift a guy wouldn’t think to ask for, but totally would love. If you get him this, he can print out photos on this handy device that is only 2’’x3’’. It easily hooks up to his phone and voila! He can print all the photos he wants. The printer also comes in a few different colors.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ACAURJQ/ref=cm_gf_aAM_i7_d_p0_qd9_______________________4pAghpf1oc6HqggNln0C?th=1, prices vary for size

Every guy needs a good travel coffee mug/water bottle in his arsenal. Again, it’s probably something he wouldn’t think to ask for, but would love to get. Hydroflasks are great for their ability to keep drinks hot OR cold. They are super durability and will last a long time, and they come in lots of colors and sizes, for your guy’s preference!

https://www.amazon.com/Elite-Fan-Shop-University-Sweatshirt/dp/B07C1BRF45/ref=sr_1_30_sspa?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1544555747&sr=1-30-spons&keywords=loyola+sweatshirt&psc=1, price varies for styles

And last but not least… college apparel makes a great gift, especially for dads or other male family members.  We make them proud, so why not represent?! I have gotten my dad several items from the Loyola school store and I know he loves showing off this apparel, especially his coworkers! Another idea is to get them an item from their alma mater.

Happy gift-giving!
