Lately, I’ve been listening to podcasts when I’m not feeling music. My favorite by far is The Morning Toast. The hosts, Claudia and Jackie, are sisters in their mid 20’s both living in New York City. They’re self-proclaimed as the Millennial Morning Show talking about “millennial” entertainment and gossip. Each episode they discuss the “Fast five stories you need to know before you take a bite out of your morning toast”. These stories are entertainment based ranging from celebrity news, pop culture or reality tv updates. Their hilarious and witty personalities engage the listeners. They frequently add in their own experiences, opinions, and comments on the stories making it fresh and fun. It’s a great and convenient way to stay informed on what’s going on in the media and start up a conversation on the stories you heard with friends throughout the day. I also feel like I’m multitasking when I’m listening to it at the gym or on my way to class.
