Recently, the global icon that is Rhianna, has faced some pressure from fans to return to her music career as she hasn’t released music since her ANTI album in 2016.
So much so, in fact, that when Rhianna takes to Instagram to announce new products such as Savage X Fenty lingerie or new Fenty Beauty bronzer, fans have left their complaints in the comments section.
Two fans recently told Riri to,
‘’go back to singing’’, and said ‘’we want the album sis.’’
Rhianna has never been one to shy away from speaking her mind and was very direct in her response,
‘’I love how y’all tell me what to do. it’s great,’’ which reads as someone who is very much her own boss.

A multi-faceted creative and a businesswoman, Rhianna is currently working on several projects which include – managing cosmetic line Fenty Beauty and inclusive lingerie line Savage X Fenty, as well as starring in a newly released film called Guava Island with Donald Glover (a.k.a. Rhianna has been labelled as one of the most consistent hit-makers in pop music for her chart-topping albums and has won several awards including Grammys, Brits, MTV Awards and World Music Awards.
ANTI was Rhianna’s eighth studio album and although she could release music in the near future, she really doesn’t need to.
With an estimated net worth of $270million, the world is at Rhianna’s feet.
She has turned her hand to acting in recent years and starred in films such as Battleship, Valerian and the girl- power heist film Ocean’s 8.

Her recent role as Kofi in Guava Island has gained huge traction on Twitter after the film debuted on Thursday night at Coachella festival in California.
While playing a love interest, Childish Gambino tells Rhianna that he will write a song as beautiful as she is to which she replies,
‘’No song is that beautiful.’’
On that note, Rhianna can (and will) take as long as she wants to release music because the best performances of our lives are romanced out of us and not forced.
