Before you read, you must know that I have sensitive, normal to dry skin. I do not suffer from acne other than the occasional hormonal breakout. These are my tried and true product recommendations. Prices may vary.

Makeup remover:

  • Neutrogena Makeup Remover Wipes (7 ct $1.99). The basic but most crucial. First step to cleansing is removing your makeup! These wipes can be bought in different increments and even in individual wrappers, making this the ideal travel product. Pop one of these individually wrapped wipes in your backpack, purse, or travel bag and you’ll never have to worry about them drying up before your emergency makeup removing situation arises.

  • Garnier SkinActivate Micellar Cleansing Water All-In-1 (13.5 fl oz $6.59). The only product keeping me from looking like a raccoon! I have straight lashes that will only hold a curl with waterproof mascara. Micellar water helps to gently remove these stubborn makeup products. I’ve tried many micellar waters, and this one is by far my favorite! It does not burn or leave a greasy residue. Simply squirt the water onto a cotton pad and gently soak around the eye area. Wipe away and voilà!

Facewash:

  • Aveeno Positively Radiant Skin Brightening Cleanser (6.7 fl oz $6.39). This oil-free cleanser gets rid of dirt and makeup and leaves you with a glowy look. I often pair this with my Vanity Planet Spinbrush (listed further on).

Mask:

  • Deep Clean® Purifying Clay Mask & Cleanser (4.2 oz $9.29). This product can be used as a daily wash or lathered up and left on as a mask. I use this once a week as a mask typically on Sunday night, as clay masks tend to draw out trapped dirt and oil which can create small, annoying pimples. This formula contains salicylic acne treatment and feels minty and cool on the skin.

Toner:

  • Pixi SkinTreats Glow Tonic (3.4 fl oz $15). With 5% glycolic acid, Aloe Vera, and red ginseng, this is a product that will further help with deep cleaning your pores. I squirt this onto a cotton pad and wipe all around my face and neck to be sure all of that dirt, oil, and makeup is gone!

Moisturizer:

  • Neutrogena Hydroboost Gel Cream (1.7 oz $16.49). Hello hyaluronic acid! Hyaluronic acid acts as a sponge for dry skin cells that will leave your skin looking plump and dewy. Apply a thin layer to your face and neck for a luxurious moisturization.

Mist:

  • Pixi SkinTreats Glow Mist (2.7 fl oz $15). To set in my moisturizer, I spritz this all over the face and neck. With a variety of natural oils, propolis, and Aloe Vera, you can use this spray for multiple purposes. Spray on a bare face to hydrate, protect, and nourish, or use as a makeup setting spray to lock in your gorgeous work.

Spot treatment:

  • Alba Botanica Pimple Patches (40 ct. $6.99). OK, no joke — these things really work! When I have a pimple, I pop one of these bad boys on overnight. These patches stick to the skin drawing out the oils and fluids, while creating a barrier and keeping bacteria out.

Tools:

  • Vanity Planet Spinbrush (5 piece set $29.99). If you’re a boujie gal and want to step-up your pamper routine, but don’t want to spend an arm and a leg to do so… start here! This 2-speed spinbrush comes with 3 different head attachments including a silicone head for sensitive skin and 2 different levels of exfoliating heads. I pair this with a simple, mild cleanser, making sure not to irritate my skin.

Ready? Set. GLOW!
