As nerdy as it sounds, I like to think of myself as a well seasoned podcast listener. I listen to a variety of genres, from comedies, true crime, pop culture and entertainment… the list goes on. I have a fair share of favorites, but these are my top five choices when it comes to shows that really bring me value. The knowledge, wisdom, and insights found in my now-favorites is something I’m super thankful for, especially considering most podcasts are shared on platforms that are free of charge. Podcasts have become a big part of my daily and weekly routine, and I always finish listening feeling a bit more grounded and at peace with myself.

While this list below generally falls under a “self-help” category, I strongly believe that anyone can benefit from listening to any one of these shows and/or episodes. And once you’re done with these, take a look through the top charts and see if there’s one that sticks out to you. Podcasts can be trial and error since it is such a rising industry and there is so much content to explore. Keep an open mind, and I promise you will find yourself itching to listen to more.

I am going to list some of my favorite episodes under each show, but I strongly suggest scrolling through on your own and seeing if anything pops out to you – special guests, topics, etc. If you don’t know where to get started, just click one and listen! I promise you will gain something valuable from each.
