Last week, when Nationals sent HC UNT our semesterly Survival Kits, I wasn’t sure what to expect; they are always so unique and fun. This time around, however, was different. The first thing I noticed was full-sized bottles of all the skin care products you could ever need– a serum, a moisture balm, an exfoliating powder and a cleaner.

I’ve struggled with sensitive skin my whole life, and finding products that don’t break me out are few and far between. I juggle skin care products like crazy, trying to find the perfect combo for me. Mary Kay might just have done that for me in one try.

First off, the cleanser. It isn’t sticky (which is more of a problem than you might expect), and didn’t burn afterwards. #sensitiveskinprobs

The moisture stick is probably my favorite of all the products. You apply it like stick sunscreen, but doesn’t leave your face feeling oily or gross. It leaves a nice dewiness that would work well with anyone on their no-makeup days.

The exfoliating powder is unlike anything I’ve ever used before. You can mix it with water or the serum to create a face mask-like product. It definitely does it’s job.

The serum can be used alone, too. It also leaves a dewiness, and can be used day or night for extra moisture to the skin. I’ve been using it at night, and have woken up glowing every day since.

Overall, I haven’t notice a HUGE difference to my skin, but it has only been a week. Nonetheless, my skin has been less irritated every night, which I would say is a huge win for me. The redness has reduced, and I think with a few more weeks, I will start seeing lasting results.
