College can be a handful for all of us when it comes to juggling classes, homework, organizations and whatnot. We all need something to keep us focused and make our lives easier. That something is the applications on your phone! Here are five apps that every college student must have on their phone.

1. Forest

It can be difficult to stay focused and study for a long span of time. Whenever there is a notification on who liked your picture, your hand goes towards your phone. To avoid this, the Forest app helps the user to focus by keeping the phone locked for a long period of time, and a virtual plant grows on your phone screen meanwhile. Eventually, you can have a forest on the app where each plant represents your focused time.

2. Epic Win

Epic Win is a fun and motivating way to keep your to-do lists. It is not like just ticking off your chores once they are done. You can earn XPs for every chore completed and that will help you to develop your character in an ongoing quest to improve stats, gain riches, and level-up. By getting points for your chores, it’s easier to actually get things done.

3. Sleep Calculator

It’s a struggle to get a good night’s sleep in college for sure. Sleep Calculator helps to put in the time you would like to wake up at and suggests the user about the time they should go to bed. These little things can go a long way and helps to be focused at all times.

4. Calm

Calm has proven to be one of the best apps to help people with stress and anxiety, helping them get better sleep and boosting confidence. The app has guided meditation, soothing music, and bedtime stories. So, you don’t need to get several apps to make your day better, Calm does it all.

5. Color Therapy

One of the best ways to soothe yourself is coloring. Color Therapy is an adult coloring app that helps users with stress relief. It is also a good way to develop focusing techniques and be relaxed at the same time.
