This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Mass Amherst chapter.

In need of some self-care? The products below can be used for a day of relaxing and cleansing, with a splash of Vitamin C to add to the mix to keep your immune systems strong during the cold and flu season.

Mary Kay Naturally Purifying Cleanser

This cleanser comes with a lot of product, so you’re definitely getting your money’s worth! The texture of the face wash is creamy and light, and is good for normal to dry skin types. It’s free of fragrance, GMOs, mineral oil, parabens, alcohol, silicone, dyes, synthetic fragrances, among others. It’s super easy to use and will leave your skin feeling refreshed and clean.

To apply: Simply add it on a cotton round pad, massage it on your face (onto damp skin), massage, and rinse!

Nair Leg Mask with 100% Natural Clay and Seaweed

If you’re tired of using razors to shave your legs, this is the product for you. This Nair removal hair mask is perfect to use as an easy way to remove leg hair and to have a little moment to treat your legs to a self-care day. It’s a 3-in-1 that removes hair and stubble, moisturizes and exfoliates, and minimizes hair regrowth.

To apply: Smooth the mask onto your dry legs (do not rub it in!), leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes (no longer!), wipe off the mask with a damp washcloth, rinse your skin, and then you’ll have lost-lasting, smoother legs.

Extra Refreshers Tropical Mist Gum

If you’re looking for a new gum flavor to try that will leave your mouth feeling refreshed, this is a great flavor to try! This gum tastes like a mixture of a mango flavor, a pineapple taste, and the refreshingness of an orange all into one. The taste is long lasting and it’s even sugarfree!

To consume: Just chew!
