Whether you’re single single or in a full-on committed relationship, we all love those cheesy romantic movies that make us cry when the lovers get torn apart, then miraculously get back together just before the credits. This Valentine’s day, gorge yourself in chocolate while watching these amazingly cliche romance movies.

She’s Out of My League (2010)

This is the reverse of the classic story of hot-guy-meets-nerdy-girl and falls in love after they suddenly find themselves spending more time with each other. In this film, Kirk, our awkward and lanky main character meets Molly, a beautiful and available interior decorator. The entire movie consists of him trying to figure out why she likes him.

He’s Just Not That Into You (2010)

This might be a movie for an anti-valentine’s girls night, but it is still a classic. Navigating your way through dating and relationships can be difficult, and if you find yourself stuck in the typical ‘I like him but he’s not texting me or calling me’ situation, maybe you can find some tips from Drew Barrymore and Jennifer Aniston in this film. As they try to navigate and decipher the male brain, the main actresses in this film sometimes find that maybe he’s just not that into you.

A Walk to Remember (2002)

If this Valentine’s Day, you find yourself wanting to watch a film that reveals the true meaning of love, watch A Walk to Remember. The classic Nicholas Sparks’ film adaptation pulls you through many hurdles and ignites many emotions (mostly crying). Jamie, our main character, teaches Landon that life has more meaning than needing to be liked by everyone.

Keith (2008)

Yeah, Jesse McCartney has a beautiful voice, but did you know he acted too? In this indie teen romance film, Jesse plays Keith, a disgruntled teenage boy who tries to swoon Natalie, a good girl who needs everything in her life to be perfect. When she starts to fall for him, she realizes he has a lot of issues and tries to fix him like she does with every other part of her life.

Like Crazy (2011)

Jacob and Anna meet while Anna is on exchange in the U.S. for school, and they fall madly in love, spending all their time together. But, when Anna overstays her visa, she is shipped off back to the U.K., where they continue a long distance relationship. During this time, they are tested several times to see if their love can withstand every hardship.
