South County Regional Park is more than just a park. There is an Amphitheater that has concerts all the time, a 4.8 mile bicycle path, a dog park, a golf course and even a nature center with live animals including a butterfly garden! My favorite part of the park is the picnic areas with grills. In this area, you can make a lovely romantic picnic as well as barbecue your own meat and set a pretty table. Burgers and hot dogs are a cheap and easy meal to make. Check out the South Country Regional Park website to view concert and other event times!
- Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens

Morikami is located west of Delray Beach and is the center for Japanese arts and culture. A perfect start to the day can be spent with stroll though the six authentic Japanese gardens. Do not miss the free tour of the museum inside afterwards. The outdoor path is a mile long, so if you work up an appetite you can stop by their café with a panoramic view of the garden and enjoy pan-Asian cuisine. An upcoming event is on April 4th and 5th, and they will be celebrating the first bud of spring. The park will be transformed into a Japanese spring festival. Admission for adults is $15 per person.

Spend an evening painting with your loved one! At Color Me Mine you pick what you want to create, and then you paint it with whatever colors you like. Within a week you can pick it up. This is also the perfect idea for a gift. Color Me Mine is located in Delray Market Place right next to a Lucilles Bad to the Bone Barbeque, so you can grab a nice meal before or after painting your creation.

Lately there have been a lot of exhilarating movies out. Last month I went to the movie theater five times! However tickets are not getting any cheaper. It is just about $15 a ticket and that is without popcorn and a drink. If you are looking for movie ticket deals, Regal Theaters has just announced a new program in which they call the Regal Unlimited. There are three different levels of membership. Level 1 is $18 plus tax a month for 200 select Regal theaters nationwide. Level 2 is $21 plus tax a month for 400 select Regal theaters. Lastly, level 3 is $23.50 plus tax a month for every Regal theater. All three levels include these perks: 10% off all food and non-alcoholic drink purchases, no blackout dates, watch as many movies as you want, anytime! You also get a free large popcorn and soft drink on your birthday. To top it off you can earn club credits with every dollar spent! This is a great deal if you find yourself at the movies multiple times a month!

Paint balling is the perfect date to get a group of all your friends who are in a relationships together. The closest place is in Loxahatchee called Hot Shots Paintball and Airsoft. I recommend wearing bug spray. There are a lot of mosquitoes there, however the couple hours you spend running around is totally worth every bug bite! A fun round to play could be battle of the sexes: girls verses boys. It costs $35 for a 2 hour rental which includes: the Tippman FT-12 Combat Paintball Marker (gun), Rental Mask, Field Fee, 200 Paintballs and unlimited Air Refills.
