I Did a 3 Day Cleanse and Here is What I Thought

Heading to the beach for spring break is always exciting, but what is not exciting is remebering you have to be in a swim suit and your beach body is not quite ready. I am big into the Tik Tok trend and I kept seening videos for these Rae Metabolism drops. I really wanted to test them out and add them to my current diet and work out plan. However, they took them off the market currently due to the fact that the younger generation was hoping on this diet bandwagon and it is target for people 18+. So, instead of taking these drops, I found a 3 Day cleanse by Renew Life

These pills were a herbal blend and it required me to take 2 “morning pills” right when I got up on an empty stomache and 1-2 “evening pills” at night. It suggested drinking an increased amount of water, but nothing else special. I kept my relativey similar work out plan and diet. Day 1 I really could not tell a difference. I did what I was told and drank a bunch of water. Day 2 I noticed an increase in the use of the bathroom and by day 3 I was non-stop in the bathroom (sorry if that it TMI!).

I did feel like it cleansed my body of toxins and it was a good reset for me. However, I was really hoping to see at least a small drop in my weight and I did not notice a difference. If anything I gained about 1 pound in 3 days and worked out and ate right (for the most part). I do have to note that it was my time of the month when doing this and I normally gain 2-5 pounds of water retension during this time.

I did enjoy doing this clease overall! It was fun and did feel a decrease in my overall bloating. I would really like to try out these another time when I it is not my time of the month to see if it would work even better. I would recommend trying this out if you are looking to try a quick 3 day body cleanse before any event!
