If you want a workout that engages both your body and mind, kickboxing is an excellent option.

Abs and Core

I like this 15 Min Total Ab and Core Workout  a lot because it is a simple circuit of 7 different exercises that you repeat for a total of 15 minutes. It can be done easily at home and also requires no equipment. This workout is a great way to strengthen your midsection using body weight. Your abs will definitely burn, but in a good way.
