Best Thing to Cook/Bake During Quarantine

Being home has you feeling down? Here are some of the top foods to cook/bake while you are in quarantine. If you’re not a master chef, don’t worry; you have plenty of time to harness the skills necessary.

  1. Banana Bread

So easy. You just need a few ripe bananas and then the recipe is super simple! I recommend using Joy’s recipe! I did and it was delicious. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/241707/joys-easy-banana-bread/

  1. Roasted Veggies

Why not add some flare to a healthy food? Roasted Broccoli is by far my favorite roasted veggie. Garlic gives it such great flavor! Check out this recipe from food network. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchen/roasted-broccoli-with-garlic-recipe-1928248

  1. Baked Oats

I’d never tried baked oats before this recipe, and it has completely changed my perception on oatmeal (a food I had never loved). The blueberries add SO much flavor. Check this out! https://cookieandkate.com/baked-oatmeal-recipe/

  1. Bruschetta Chicken

I recently discovered this recipe, (a healthier take on chicken parmesan), and I highly recommend! Check it out: https://www.lifeloveandsugar.com/easy-bruschetta-chicken/

  1. Chocolate Chip Cookies

Finally, why not just make the classic, favorite dessert. You can make it from a mix, but if you want the real, authentic, homemade version, use my favorite recipe! https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/10813/best-chocolate-chip-cookies/
