5 Candles We Have Been Burning During Quarantine

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Fairfield chapter.

While being at home for an extended period of time, now is the time to start using the collection of candles that you have been accumulating for years!

1.Champagne Toast– Bath & Body Works

This candle is ~fabulous~, to say the absolute least. It smells sweet like berries, yet is very light and not overpowering. I would consider this to be a spring scent, but I am 100% sure I’ll be burning this candle year round!

2.Capri Blue– Anthropologie

I finally decided to ~treat myself~ with an Anthropologie candle, and I have no regrets. It’s a little pricey being about $32; however, it has an incredible amount of life to it. This candle can burn for a total of 85 hours, so you definitely get your money’s worth! The scent is very tropical and has hints of fruitiness, making it a perfect fresh and neutral candle to have burning all year long.

3.Sunshine & Daffodils– Bath & Body Works

The name of this candle is not lying; it smells like complete ~sunshine~! It has floral and citrus tones that give off super happy vibes for the springtime!

4.Rose Water & Ivy– Bath & Body Works

If you close your eyes and smell this candle, you would think there is a bouquet of a dozen roses in front of you!

5.Vanilla Lavender– Kringle Candle

This candle brings together the comforting scent of vanilla and the relaxation that comes from lavender. This is the perfect candle to burn while #workingfromhome.

Grab a book, cozy up, and burn some of these candles to relax during all of the hecticness occurring right now. Just remember, we will get through this difficult time, but it will only get better by social distancing and staying home! Stay healthy and safe, Collegiettes.
